Ernest Drucker is author of the book A Plague of Prisons: The Epidemiology of Mass Incarceration in America. He is Professor Emeritus in the Department of Family and Social Medicine, Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine; Adjunct Professor of Epidemiology at Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health; Senior Research Associate and Scholar in Residence at John Jay College of Criminal Justice of The City University of NY, and on the teaching faculty of the Bard Prison Initiative.
